You are responsible for the calls you place and for the caller ID you present. This service is for lawful personal calls: fraud, harassment, impersonating someone else's number, and automated or bulk dialling are not permitted, and accounts used that way are closed.

Emergency numbers cannot be reached. TGCaller cannot call 112, 911, 999 or any other emergency service. Keep an ordinary phone line for that.

Your Telegram account identifies you — we never receive your phone number and there is no separate signup. Calls are logged for billing and support, and your balance and payments are kept while your account exists.

Only mobiles and landlines can be called; premium-rate and service numbers are refused. The service is provided as is, with no guarantee of availability.
